Lakeridge Paving is a well-established paving company with its headquarters located in Covington, Washington. For more than 40 years Lakeridge Paving has been paving the way to a professional reputation that it maintains not only in quality workmanship but in all of our employees.
We have over 70 employees that are the heart of the company. Everyone here at Lakeridge from our office staff to the crews that work out in the field function like a well-oiled machine. The experience of our team allows us to provide superior service for our customers from the major contractor to small private driveways. We are a family owned and operated facility and we consider our whole staff part of the family. The majority of our employees have been with Lakeridge for 20 or more years. We treat our people right and they extend this fair treatment to our customers no matter how big or small. An excellent end result, with reasonable fair pricing, is what all of us here at Lakeridge Paving strive for. We warranty all of our work and can service all our customers paving needs in the greater Puget Sound area extending from Bellingham to Olympia and from Cle Elum to Hood Canal. History
Greg O’Farrell founded Lakeridge Paving in 1968, originally located in Renton, Washington. Jon Cheetham joined the Lakeridge team as co-owner with Greg in 1979 when the company moved to a site in Covington, WA.
The Company now has over 70 employees and owns equipment for every size job, from large airport projects to your home’s driveway.
Greg and Jon have prided themselves in offering a full range of services from engineering and site development to final grading and asphalt construction, from a well trained and knowledgeable staff that are dedicated to perfection of each job that Lakeridge Paving is awarded by their clients.

Lakeside Industries, Inc. is one of the few construction companies of our size that is solely focused on asphalt paving. We have 12 regional divisions located in Western Washington, Northwest Oregon, and Central Idaho, each of which offers a complete range of local products and services for our customers. Performing as either a general contractor or a subcontractor, we work on both public and private projects of all sizes. Our customers include state departments of transportation, cities and counties, industrial firms, developers, and private citizens.
We take pride in our quality, competitive pricing, flexible scheduling, and ability to finish a project quickly, efficiently, and with the least impact to business owners and residents.
Lakeside employs a dedicated quality control staff that is supported by more than a dozen in-house testing laboratories. Our state-of-the-art plant operations, paving equipment, and specialized testing equipment enable us to optimally meet the demands of our customers.
