Barre3 is a full-body workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness that will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.

Barre3 Covington is a beautifully appointed space, fully equipped with a changing room that includes lockers, showers, and toiletries. For your class needs, the studio provides mats, and has towel service and purified water.

Our science-backed approach helps clients build strength, restore balance, increase endurance and energy, decrease stress, and rediscover the joy of movement. The transformative power of our workout is more than physical—and it extends far beyond the studio. Barre3 isn’t just about the hour you spend strengthening and balancing your body; it’s also about the empowerment you carry with you into your life.

Erin Anderson found barre3 in 2016 in Ballard, WA where she quickly fell in love with the innovative class and unparalleled sense of belonging. Knowing this was more than just a workout, she immediately dove in. Starting as a Front Desk Associate, turned Instructor, and now Owner, Erin has seen how every facet of the studio creates a welcoming environment for clients to embrace their inherent strength. Having grown up in Covington, Erin is thrilled to bring barre3 to her community. Along with her husband and business partner, Rajah, they are honored to share this incredible movement with the place they call home. When Erin isn’t at the studio, you can find her taking advantage of every sunny day on the water.

Moms-to-be and new moms love barre3. If you’re pregnant or postpartum, consult with your doctor before taking barre3 classes. Please arrive early to class and check in with your instructor, who will provide alternative postures appropriate for pregnant or postpartum clients.
